Sony Cybershot DSC-T77

$300.00 Released September, 2008

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Thin-profile (19/32") and lightweight (4.4 oz) for easy pocketability. Steel front cover covers and protects flash and lens - allowing you to throw it in your bag or pocket without worry. 4x optical zoom is not bad considering the width of the camera.

The Cons:Harsh JPEG compression reduces 10.1 mps images to around 3.5 megabytes reducing picture quality. Limited flash range. Expensive and not as functional compared to larger, thicker cameras.

Introduced in fall of 2008, the Sony Cybershot DSC-T77 ultra-compact has a 10.1 megapixel CCD sensor and 4x optical zoom lens. As with most Sony Cybershot models, the lens is made by Carl Zeiss optics, which many photographers agree are among the best available.
