The camera features a BIONZ image processor, 9.1-megapixel Exmor CMOS sensor, and a professional-grade wide-angle G-lens to provide fast performance and high resolution shots.

The DSC-HX1 offers a powerful 20x optical zoom with optical image stabilization and includes anti-blur and intelligent auto modes for improved image clarity.
