Samsung WB500

The Samsung WB500 is a compact point-and-shoot camera featuring 24mm ultra-wide angle Schneider lens combined with a 10x optical zoom. As the base model in the WB series (WB500, WB550, WB1000), the Samsung WB500 sports a weaker 10.2MP sensor, which in return allows it to produce 3648x2736 images.

It can also capture H.264 videos at 720p, as well as transfer content to compatible USB devices. Notable about the WB500 is that it incorporates both Optical AND Digital Image Stabilization technology, which automatically removes blurs and even fixes the effects of low lighting. Laced across the back is a large 2.7” screen. Additional features include a slew of intelligent technologies like Face Detection, Smile Shot, Blink Detection, and Beauty Shot.
