Samsung A503

The a503 is an entry-level digital camera manufactured by Samsung as part of its Digimax line. The a503 differs from the a403 in its resolution of 5.0, rather than 4.0, megapixels. It features a small, 2-inch LCD screen.

The camera is fairly compact, and features 5x optical zoom. It conveniently works with only 2 AA batteries and an SD memory card. It features 8 scene modes and several special effects. In its movie mode, a successive recording function allows the user to pause and resume filming a scene and then save the recording as a single file. Samsung's S500, among others, has superseded this model in the low end of the company's digital camera lineup.
