The wide-angle lens on the M90 features 5x zoom capabilities, allowing for the capture of greater detail in photos when required. This camera is designed to streamline the photo-taking process with modes designed for facial recognition, smile capture and blink detection. A total of 20 different scene modes are selectable, including an auto-panorama function. Videos can also be recorded, but are limited to a 640 x 480 resolution at 30 frames per second. The Pentax Optio M90 comes in two colors: black and burgundy red.
