The SP-565 UZ is a 10 megapixel zoom camera in a compact body from Olympus, featuring the convenience of a point-and-shoot as well as image quality traditionally reserved for higher-end cameras. This camera comes equipped with the same lens found in the SP-570 UZ, but the complete package is relatively smaller, lighter and less expensive.

The SP-565 UZ features a 20x wide optical zoom lens for detailed extreme close-ups, along with dual image stabilization for crisp photos when the camera shakes while zooming. The camera also features face detection of up to 16 people, allowing for focused images regardless of the subject’s position in the shot. Accepting both xD-Picture Card and microSD Card memory, this camera makes it easy for the average user to capture and share high-quality digital photos.
