The PL1S has an ISO of 6400 (an improvement on the E-PL1's 3200 ISO), which means that it will perform in slightly dark settings. The 12.3 megapixel resolution of this camera ensures detailed shots with color depth. For saving photos, the E-PL1S has a SDCH memory card. At 454 grams (342 grams for the body), this camera is lightweight. The E-PL1S comes with either the M.ZUIKO DIGITAL 14-42mm F3.5-5.6 II lens, or the M. ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 40-150mm F4-5.6 lens. The E-PL1S digital camera comes with a BLS-5 lithium-ion battery that complies with rechargeable lithium-ion safety standards (another improvement over the E-PL1 model, which had a BLS-1 lithium-ion battery).
