The Kodak EasyShare Z980 is a digital camera that falls at the top of the Z-Series of Kodac EasyShare cameras. Like all cameras in the Z-series, this model is capable of capturing true HD pictures and video in 16:9 format, which can be viewed on the 3" screen.

Its 12 megapixel resolution allows you to print photos up to 30" x 40" in stunning quality, and the 24x Schneider-Kreuznach Variogon optical zoom lens gives you incredible zooming capabilities without sacrificing image quality. It has a verticle shutter release and detachable vertical grip, smart capture feature, a 26 mm wide-angle lens and a fast click-to-capture speed less than 0.2 seconds. There are several sophisticated camera features for ideal shot control, such as hot shoe flash connector, aperture and shutter options, multiple scene modes and 5 color modes. Other features include face detection, multimedia slide show, high ISO mode and several other image enhancing features. The on-camera "share" button and included Easyshare software makes sharing and saving pictures as simple as possible. The Z980 comes with camera, detachable verticle grip, four rechargeable AA batteries, battery charger, USB cable, lens cap with strap, neck strap and Easyshare software.
