The GE E1050W camera is able to display HD pictures directly on its 3.0" LCD touch screen. It has a 5x optical zoom and can handle 10.1 megapixels. Along with the high definition pictures, the camera is able to record high definition movies, with 1280 x 720 pixels.

The GE E1050W camera has an all glass aspheric 28 mm wide-angle lens, which ends up being the equivalent of the standard 35mm camera lens. It comes with features that are standard in most digital cameras: face, smile and blink detection, 14 scene modes, image stabilisation, in camera red eye removal, in camera panorama mode, and auto-adjust brightness.
