Full 1080p HD video capture is available in 16:9 widescreen, with an optional HDMI connection kit for porting content to an external TV or monitor unit. Six primary "SR Auto" scene-framing modes are available, including "Portrait", "Landscape", "Night" and "Macro". In addition to the standard face-detection software, the JX350 and 355 also feature a blink detector that will prompt a re-take if the subject's eyes are closed on the first attempt. Auto-stitching of up to three consecutive images is also available, enabling users to create 360-degree panoramas on the go. Furthermore, trackable auto-focus provides allows for fast-pace camera movement, providing optimal clarity even when the units are fully zoomed. Users can also choose from a wide variety of "Scene Positions" that include "Snow", "Sport", "Fireworks", "Flower" and "Party" modes among others for pre-configured contrast levels. After installing the free "MyFinePix Studio" software included with each unit, users can opt to send their photos/videos to Facebook or Youtube, with additional tagging and "favorites" functions for simplistic organization.
