Fujifilm FinePix JX300/JX305

The FinePix JX300/JX305 are a series of compact digital cameras from Fujifilm that offer a step-down from the company's FinePix JX350/JX355 models. Slated for a Spring 2011 release, these models feature 14-megapixel photo resolution and 5x optical zoom for capturing vivid digital imagery.

Digital Image Stabilization technology provides an automatic increase in shutter speed based on camera movement to ensure sharp, blur-free pictures, while full 1080p HD video recording is available in 16:9 widescreen format. Fujifilm's own "SR Auto" technology also provides further automated adjustments - six different scene-recognition functions dependent on setting and proximity to subject are available for optimal results. Additional shooting modes including "Snow", "Text" and "Baby Mode" In addition to standard face detection capabilities including multi-detection and red-eye removal, the JX300 and JX305 offer blink detection and "Smile & Shoot" modes to minimize the number of attempts needed for a good shot. Images and videos can be uploaded to Facebook and Youtube through the included "MyFinePix Studio" software, with quick-search and favorites functions offered for further ease-of-use.
