The Fujifilm FinePix AX380/AX385 is one of eight compact digital cameras added to the FinePix ‘A’ series in 2010. It builds from the AX330/AX335 by incorporating a more powerful 16mp CCD sensor for better quality still image capture.

Like its predecessor, the camera features a Fujinon 5x optical zoom lens and a large 3.0” display designed to function well in both sunny and dark conditions alike. Included are a bevy of additional features and functions, such as Smart Recognition Auto for automatically configuring the camera for a particular ‘scene,’ a USB interface that accepts the HDP-L1 adapter for transmitting to an HDTV, and digital image stabilization for reducing photo errors.
