Casio Exilim EX-FS10

The Casio Exilim EX-FS10 is an ultra-compact hi-speed digital camera small enough to fit perfectly in the palm of one’s hand. The second of two Casio Exilim EX-F models, the Casio Exilim EX-FS10 is a downgrade from the EX-FC100 in that it features a 2.5” (versus 2.7”) high-performance Super Clear LCD screen, a 3X (versus 5X) optical inner-zoom lens, and a 9.1 megapixel resolution.

In all other ways, the EX-FS10 is very similar to its upgraded peer. For instance, the EX-FS10 can also shoot up to 30 shots per second of high-resolution 6.0-megapixel images, save up to 25 frames prior to the moment that the shutter button is actually pressed, and the FX-FS10’s shot-per-second can be set at either 30, 15, 10, 5, 3, or auto. The EX-FS10 also offers point-and-shoot operation, 21 best shot modes, a slow motion mode, a hi-speed anti-shake function, a night scene function, a high-speed best selection function, and an SD/SDHC memory card slot. Plus, the EX-FS10 records movies at 1280 x 720 (30fps) and maintains a High Speed Movie Mode that lets the user crank the frame rate as high as 1000 fps. Outfitted with an NP-60 (versus 60) lithium-ion battery, the EX-FS10 retails for $349.99 and comes with a 90 day limited warranty.
